G8 Explore Oregon: Go Camping With Mom
Yes, this mom loves camping and recently took 7 of the kids tent camping at the coast. Only one of our boys came along, but he survived.
We camped at Sunset Bay State Park. Talk about a beautiful water front. Great hiking trails that connect it to Shore Acres, and the nearby Cape Arago lighthouse and tide pools.
My younger four kids completed the Junior Ranger program while we were there which included lots of learning and a slug race - You heard that right, a slug race. If you don't know about Junior Rangers, it's a great educational hands on program and its free!!
We visited Shore Acres Botanical Gardens State Park. How did I not know this existed?!? It was free and gorgeous, and only a two mile hike (or drive) from Sunset Bay where we were camping.
The Best part of our adventure, though, was visiting the West Coast Game Park Safari In Bandon. We devoted another video to it here .

Going camping is a stupendous encounter as well as the one that is embraced by individuals of various age groups. Being perfectly equipped will allow you to enjoy your outdoor adventure. camping equipment
